  • Launch of the Terra Lemnia project in Lemnos Island, Greece
  • Launch of the project “Strengthening the network of  hiking trails in Kythera” in collaboration with the Kytherian Foundation for Culture and Development (KIPA)
  • Organisation of the Delos Initiative 4th  workshop on “Providing guidance for sacred natural sites spiritually significant for Islam and for various other religions”, Valetta, Malta, 24-26 April
  • Participation in the workshop “Cultural and Spiritual Significance of Nature in the Governance and Management of Protected and Conserved Areas”, Isle of Vilm, Germany, organised by the IUCN World Commission on Protected Areas  in collaboration with the German Federal Agency for Nature Conservation
  • Presentation of poster on the “Fishing Heritage of the Messolonghi – Aitolikon lagoons” in the European Congress of IALE in Ghent, Belgium
  • Participation in the “Off Your Map” communications campaign for the conservation of Mediterranean coastal wetlands
  • Coordination of the “Rooted Everyday” communications campaign for the promotion of Mediterranean cultural landscapes
  • Co-coordination of a project on the creation of a landscape approach for four Mediterranean cultural landscapes in collaboration with WWF North Africa
  • Participation in the international project “Vjosa / Aoos: Saving Europe’s last free flowing river”
  • Première of the ethnographic film “Alima” on the Messolonghi – Aitoliko lagoon traditional fishermen
  • Co-organisation of panel on rural communities responses to 21st century challenges in the 8th Athens Ethnographic Film Festival
