We are pleased to announce that we are launching the consultancy period for the development of artisanal industries in Lemnos, which will last until the end of June. Artisanal production offers the opportunity for producers to transform their farms into small processing units, thus adding value to their production while reducing risk.
Following the successful workshops for artisanal industries and artisanal dairies, you now have the opportunity to receive free consultancy on the next steps of your business venture. The consultancy will be provided by the workshop trainers Gianna Balafouti, product development consultant, author and gastronomy editor and Dimitris Roukas (M.Sc.), agronomist, PhD candidate in “Animal Husbandry” at the University of Western Macedonia.
